με βαση το παραπανω αναρωτιεμε μηπως παιρνω μικρη δοση. Δλδ, αν καταλαβα καλα, παραγεται περιπου μιση ποσοτητα προτεινης στον οργανισμο. Αυτο σημαινει οτι πρεπει να περνουμε περισοτερο? Για την ωρα βαζω ενα scoop που ειναι 25γρ....
Παράγει μόνο τη μισή αύξηση στην πρωτεϊνική σύνθεση από αυτής του ορού γάλακτος , και επομένως δεν είναι τόσο αναβολική
...
Εσεις τι ποσοτητα βαζεται?

Εχω διαβάσει ότι επειδή ένας "σωστός" 'υπνος διαρκεί 7-8 ώρες 25 γρ. πρωτεϊνης είναι πολύ λίγα θεωρώ ... στα 50-60 πρέπει να λαμβάνει θεωρώ ο καθένας από μας κατά μέσο όρο..

Νομιζω οτι στοχος ολων των παραπανω ειναι να σε ριχνουν σε βαθυ υπνο και οχι να σε βοηθουν στο να κοιμηθεις.Αυτη τη δουλεια την κανουν τα υπνοτικα,αλλα εδω μιλαμε για φαρμακα και οχι συμπληρωματα.

Η μελατονινη σε βοηθαει να κοιμηθεις. Την εκκρινει ο οργανισμος στο σκοταδι, για αυτο και κοιμομαστε πιο ευκολα την νυχτα.
Επισης οι βιταμινες Β και η σεροτονινη βοηθαει για τη δημιουργια της μελατονινης, οποτε βοηθανε και αυτα ( εμμεσα ) ωστε να κοιμηθουμε.

Η μελατονινη κλεβει σεροτονινη ομως υποψην.saint johns wort για μενα νο1 και δευτερο 5htp

Λογικο ειναι να κλεβει, αφου η σεροτονινη μετατρεπεται σε μελατονινη. Η σεροτονινη δε μας χρειαζεται για τον υπνο αυτη καθ' αυτη.
Το 5-HTP εχω ακουσει οτι δε δουλευει.
Το saint johns wort ειναι φυτο, αλλα πως ακριβως δουλευει;

Ναι αλλη η σεροτονινη ειναι απαραιτητη για την διαθεση σου.Το saint john εχει αντικαταθληπτικες ιδιοτητες και χαλαρωνει το κνς.Δουλευει για δυομιση τρεις μηνες το 5htp.

2.ανεμιξε αυτα σε ενα σεικερ
50 γρ κασεινη
5 γρ γλουταμινη
5 γρ l arginine
3 tbspoons flaxseed or fishoil
3.μαζι με το σεικ παρε 400 μγ mucuna prorience.

ευχαριστουμε Γιαννη, εγω εχω αρκετα μεγαλο προβλημα τελευταια με τον υπνο, το τι χαμομιλια, βαλεριανα κλπ φυτικα εχω δοκιμασει αλλα δεν με πιανουν...πριν τις 4-5 το πρωι δεν με παιρνει ρε γμτ...
